  • bluetooth audio

    • Bluetooth headset or speaker can’t be paired

      1. Check that your device supports A2DP profile (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile).
      2. Additional software delivered with your bluetooth controller is required on OS Microsoft Windows (except Windows 8/8.1). Software must support A2DP profile (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile).
  • keyboards

    • Mouse/keyboard is illuminated even if a PC is turned off

      1. Try to use different USB ports – If your PC has USB ports of more colors, try them all.
      2. Turn off a power supply of USB ports when a computer is shut down:
        • In BIOS settings – use motherboard manual as a reference.
        • In a motherboard software.
        • The power supply can’t be turned off for yellow USB ports (typically Lenovo laptops).
      3. Try to update BIOS or contact a manufacturer of the PC if power supply can’t be turned off.

      BATTLE/BIOHAZARD software for keyboard doesn’t work

      1. Check virus vault of your antivirus software. It may contain executable of the software which has to be restored.

      USB receiver for wireless keyboard/mouse doesn’t work

      1. Each receiver is uniquely paired with a keyboard/mouse. We are not able to provide spare USB receiver.

    • Mouse doesn’t work on Windows 7/8/8.1 (not detected)

      1. Update chipset and USB drivers.
      2. Update BIOS.
      3. Turn off USB feature xHCI (off/disabled) in BIOS.
      4. Turn off a PC, unplug power supply cable (remove batery from a laptop), wait few minutes and plug/install everything again. Try to plug your mouse to a USB port again after successful boot.

      Mouse freezes on Windows 8/8.1

      1. Uninstall software for mice/keyboards from other manufacturers (Logitech etc.).
      2. Try to use another USB port.
      3. Install Windows hotfix:
      4. Update OS.
      5. Try to reinstall OS if the mouse behaves correctly on other PCs.

    • OTG flashdisk/adapter doesn’t work with my phone or tablet

      1. Check if your device supports OTG in its specifications.
      2. Check if your flashdrive is formated to FAT32 or exFAT, NTFS is not usually supported by Android devices.

    • USB headset’s microphone doesn’t work

      1. Check microphone switch on remote control on its cable.
      2. Check if the microphone is set as default device for recording in sound settings in control panel.

    • How to choose right tip

      1. Every adapter has a set of tips with a description (on back of its package or available online – check downloads > charging&power or product page) including dimensions and voltage. You can check if adapter with certain tip is compatible with your laptop using this information.
      2. Tips are included in box only and can’t be sold separately.
  • Wi-Fi adapters

    • Wi-Fi adapter doesn’t work

      1. First, install drivers from CD or download them from product page or downloads.
      2. Insert Wi-Fi adapter into USB port after succesful instalation and wait until the new device is installed.
